Do you take custom orders?
  • Yes!  Call or email your request.  Make sure to include a picture and/or description of the image you would like reproduced.

When will your canvases & accessories be restocked?
  • We try to restock everything that is sold out within 4-6 weeks. 

Can you let me know when a canvas is in stock?
  • The best way to get notified when something is restocked is to sign up for email notifications on the specific product page. 
  • To sign up, go to the product that is sold out, click "email me when available", and enter your email. You will receive an email right when we restock. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
  • Due to the custom nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you have a storefront in North Carolina?
  • Yes!  We are located in Vendor Cabin 8 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center, 4066 Pea Ridge Road, Mill Spring, NC 28756
