Mail your stitched canvases to us at Stitching Fox, 22349 Asheville Hwy, Landrum, SC 29356. USPS is fine, but we highly recommend you send your finished needlepoint Priority Mail to give you peace of mind as it includes insurance value and a tracking number. Our pillows are finished without zippers, and with either a knife edge or boxed profile.  Boxed profiles can have a smooth gusset or a pleated gusset. Options for edging are: self-cording, contrast cording, twisted cording, ruffle, or fringe.

We have a vast selection of fabrics and trims, but if you've already found your perfect matches, you may provide your own, and save $40 in the process. We stock 10/90 duck down inserts in 12”, 15”, 18”, 20”, and 22” squares, as well as 13” x 18” lumbar shape.  Any other shape/fill can be special ordered at your request.

The most common finishing choice for stockings is a poly/silk lining and velvet back with self-cording around the outside edge and loop at the top.

However, creativity is encouraged! We have finished stockings with mink cuffs and fleece trim. We have removed names from stockings and stitched new ones. Let us know your ideas and we will bring your project to life! Don’t forget to stitch 2 waste rows around all pieces.

Ornaments · Signs · standups

Costs begin at $70 · Turnaround 4 weeks

Ornaments and Hanging Signs are finished as one-sided or two-sided.  We most often finish as a “hard back and puffy front,” sometimes referred to as a “cookie.” You may include your own fabric & cording for these pieces or allow our finishers to choose for you. The cost of finishing includes fabric and cording.

Stand-ups are finished with a Styrofoam insert and may or may not be weighted to ensure the piece remains upright. You may specify if you’d like “ball” feet at the bottom and embellishments such as bows and bells at the top.

leather belts & accessories

leather belts & accessories

Costs begin at $100 · Turnaround 4 weeks

Whether you’re lengthening or shortening an existing needlepoint belt or having one created for the first time, our belt finisher will create a work of art you can wear!  Using only bridle leather, you may choose from the following colors:  Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Tan, Black, or Burgundy.  Choose a buckle:  silver or brass.  Want to emboss a 3 letter monogram?  Add $10.

How much to stitch?  When having a stitched canvas made into a needlepoint belt, the belt measurement is referred to as the “finished measurement”. This measurement is placed at the center hole of the 5 adjustment holes on the belt, leaving 2 holes on either side for adjusting larger or smaller as needed. It is best to measure a belt that is currently being worn to get the finished size measurement needed for your needlepoint belt. Measure the belt from the end of the buckle (including the buckle) to the hole in which the belt is worn and fits comfortably. This measurement will be your finished size measurement. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT go by the size marked on your old belt or your new belt will not fit.  The length of the stitched portion of your canvas is approximately 4” less than the finished belt measurement.
