Students are eligible to take this course once they’ve completed Beginner 101.  You will work on blank 13 mesh canvas mounted on stretcher bars with tacks to make a larger sized project. This class covers a variety of subjects including how to work with single ply threads in both solid and variegated in color, learning to read your canvas overall and also, the direction of stitches and distortion of canvas, stopping and starting threads, and 9 new stitches. You will delve deeper into the book series, “Stitches for Effect.”
