Neon Rays+ is the Neon Rays stitchers love, with an added metallic filament. Off the card, this flat ribbon is used as is. It has a high shine and is great for many types of decorative stitches. It has a nice shine and is much easier to control than regular Neon Rays.

89% Rayon, 11% Metalized Polyester. Hand Washable.
