Pre-Orders: What, Why & When
When a canvas has sold out in our shop but is available from the artist, you can lock in the price and reserve it with a pre-order! We'll bump your order to the top of our queue with that artist and expedite shipping where possible.
(psst...you can also use this option to have us snag your canvas when market is upcoming!)
It takes an average of 12 weeks for a pre-ordered canvas to arrive in our shop, but many are shipped sooner. We cannot provide a guaranteed time of arrival for preordered canvases as the industry is experiencing longer wait times due to demand.
Let's Kit That
When your canvas arrives in our shop, we'll text you about recommended threads and make sure you have everything you need to start stitching when it arrives.
