How Does A Subscription Stitch Club Work?
Join anytime! Your subscription begins on the date of enrollment, and we'll ship your first kit out right away!
Each month thereafter, for the duration of the club, you'll automatically receive the next kit in the series. Subscription payments are processed on the first day of the month, with kits shipped out the next business day. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on individual kits. Monthly delivery price does not include tax to shipments for South Carolina residents.
Paying Monthly? Please Note: Each of the deliveries includes a canvas not available to the public, and each canvas is accompanied by a specially prepared selection of materials used in the decorative stitches for that canvas as outlined in the stitch guide. As such, when you subscribe to a stitch club, you are agreeing to all deliveries and associated payments for the duration of the club term. While subscriptions cannot be canceled, you can pause your subscription deliveries for up to a month if you need to take a break. You can manage your subscriptions using our customer account tools, and as always, you are welcome to contact us with any questions!
