Sign up for this class and immerse yourself in a luxury needlework retreat in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. During this 4-day retreat, Kelly Clark will instruct you to embellish this handsome canvas of her own design. This Traditional piece is her version of of the French Country rooster with a Twist! Normally worked in Crewelwork style with only wool threads, she has used all silk and real metal threads with many stitches borrowed from Crewel and from Japanese goldwork.

The level of this class is Intermediate to Advanced. You should be able to read stitch guides and determine the starting area on your canvas. You should also know how to lay threads and how to stitch Basketweave.

Four days (6 hrs/day) of instruction by nationally accredited needlepoint instructor, Kelly Clark.

This 4-day retreat will be on-site at Stitching Fox in Landrum, South Carolina. We are located at 22349 Asheville Hwy., Landrum, SC 29356.

Class registration fee of $660 per person is due at registration. Class registration fees and materials costs are non-refundable.

Additional costs include the canvas, threads, and stitch guide prepared by Kelly. Each project kit is estimated at $1000. We'll invoice you for these materials prior to your arrival, and have them ready for you to begin your retreat!
