If you've shopped with us in the past, you likely have an email address on file with us. Simply log in with your email address and within 6 hours you'll be enrolled in NeedlePoints, our Rewards Program.

Multiple Accounts/Email Addresses
If you have created more than one account with us, in most cases, we can merge your accounts so all your NeedlePoints going forward can be earned and redeemed easily. Open the chat box below to speak to a team member or contact us.
Birthday Points
Birthdays must be entered more than 30 days in advance to receive points on your birthday. If your birthday is next week, for example, and you add your birthday today, you won't receive your birthday points this year unfortunately, sorry.
Redemption & Expiration Dates
Needle Points are valid 365 days from the time they are earned. We'll send you an email reminder when any are about to expire so you don't forget to use them.
To redeem Needle Points for any reward, click the item you want to redeem, copy the given promo code, and paste it at checkout.
Once redeemed, your reward can be used right away, but you can also save it inyour account for later use. Once a reward is redeemed, its corresponding promo code expires in 180 days. We'll remind you about this, too!
